Samantha has eight years of customer service experience and six years in the energy efficiency field to her work. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, blending technical insight with strong organizational skills. Her passion for sustainability began early, rooted in her love for Environmental Science and Art, and it continues to guide her drive to help others make meaningful, energy smart choices.

Outside the workplace, Samantha enjoys expressing her creativity through crocheting, a hobby she picked up while making sweaters for her Dachshund, Chelsea. Her favorite color is pink, her favorite season is summer, and she finds joy in learning, creating, and inspiring small changes that can make a big impact.
